跪求: 英文翻译!!!!

在发达国家和发展中国家,不同的家庭对生育问题的看法是不同的.发达国家不太关注这个问题,而发展中国家是不同的,特别是对于比较落后的国家，人们以为有了更多的孩子才会有更多的希望，但是事实刚刚相反，人口越多对其发展才是更加不利的。
在中国由于在二十世纪九十年代实施计划生育政策，国家的面貌有了很大的改变。人民生活水平有了显著提高，所以我认为人口问题直接关系着国家的命运。同时我也认为生育减少的说法不是很有根据的，因为全球人口正在飞速增长，至少现在没有看到减少的迹象！

People in developed countries are less concerned about this , but people in developing countries are different, especially for a relatively backward country. People think that more children will mean more hope, but the truth is just the opposite. the more the population is ,the more detrimental to their development. Since China implemented the family planning policy in the 1990s of the 20th century, the appearance of the country has changed dramatically. People's living standards have been markedly improved. I think the population is directly related to the country's fate. I also believe that the argument that the reproduction is reducing is not well-founded, for the world population is growing very rapidly and having no sign of decreasing at least now.

Different families have varied views on reproduction in both developed and developing countries,people from developed nations don't care so much about it while those in developing countries especially backward countries take more children for a brighter future,but just on the contrary,large population is negative for their development.
Owning to the family planing policy in the 1990s,great changes have taken place in China where people's living standards have been improved obviously, thence I think population is interlinked with a nation's fate.
In the mean time, I don't think the idea that population is decreasing is well-grounded,because population is increasing rapidly worldwide or at least we haven't saw yet any instance of decling.
