struts2 开发模式启动怎么不管用

这句话，是告诉你，你的开发模式已经开启，也就是说它管用了

我也有这样的问题，同求解答。

按理说，如果开启这个模式后，修改action name ，用对应的新连接url应该可以直接访问到jsp页面的，但是现在却提示找不到。
