在雅思口语part 2的一分钟准备之后，有2分钟的阐述过程中，是可以拿自己的提纲的。关于话题卡在答题过程中是否可以看，不建议自己再去看答题卡。因为在阐述过程中，比较紧张，如果同时估计手头中的多个资料，比较忙乱，不利于自己的发挥。不过一边自己忘记，建议自己在看完话题卡之后，把话题关键词写在提纲的纸上，然后列清提纲，按照提高完整顺利讲完便可以了。这个过程中保持微笑和积极的状态！你可以的！
