Two planes leave from the same airport at the same time but travel in opposite directions. One flies 60 mi/h faster than the other. They are 1,820 miles apart after 2 hours. how fast is each plane traveling？

两架飞机同时从同一机场反向飞出，一架比另一架快60英里/小时，飞出2小时后两者相距1820英里。问每架飞机速度？

设慢的飞机速度x英里/小时，则快的飞机速度x+60英里/小时。
依题意，2x+2(x+60)=1820, 解之得 x=425.
故慢的飞机速度425英里/小时，则快的飞机速度485英里/小时。
