Health is of importance for us students. So, how to do it is a question, too.
Two things I think of can help us to win that. First thing is eating healthy food, therefore, I never go to KFC's and Macdonald's, like that. Second thing is doing sports after school, I'm very much pleasing to play basketball, football and table tennis ball after school because that can build up health. Thus, I'm still strong enough and seldom get ill because I always keep on doing that above.
In the end, I hope more students may do it like me and have got a stronger and healthier body.

Eat foods with reduced salt. Too much salt can increase your blood pressure and your risk of heart disease and stroke.
