g) If the Buyer fails to make any payment on the due date then without prejudice to any of the Seller’s other rights, the Seller shall suspend, withhold and/or cancel deliveries of any Containers due to the Buyer and/or appropriate any payment made by the Buyer to such of Containers (or Containers supplied under any other agreement with the Buyer, its associate and subsidiary) as the Seller shall in its sole discretion think fit.
