Each of us should stay healthy, which is the foundation of our activities. Here are some ways to stay healthy.
我们每个人都应该保持健康,因为健康是我们活动的基础。这里有一些保持健康的方法。
First, we should spend one to two hours a day in regular exercise; try to walk instead of ride. Second, we should eat some healthy foods such as vegetables, fruits and so on. They are able to help us maintain a healthy body. When we are in trouble, try to relax our mood, listen to the soft music. It also enables us to maintain a good health. Finally there is a good sleep can also assure us a healthy body. We should sleep seven to eight hours a day to maintain adequate sleep. If we can do follow these advice, I believe we can have a healthy body, a better life.
首先,我们应该花一到两个小时来做定时锻炼;尽量步行来代替乘车。第二,我们应该多吃一些健康的食品,如蔬菜,水果等。它们能够帮助我们保持健康的身体。当我们遇到麻烦时,尽量放松心情,听听柔和的音乐。这也能让我们保持良好的健康。最后,良好的睡眠也能保证我们有一个健康的身体。我们应该睡七到八小时来保持充足的睡眠。如果我们能够遵循这些建议,我相信我们能够有一个健康的身体,更好的生活。

How to keep healthy
Health is of great importance in our life,just as a saying goes,''Health is better than wealth".
Then ,what can we do to keep healthy?(26words)
Firstly,a good diet is quite necessary for good health.Therefore,we had better eat more
vegetables and nutritious (有营养的)food but not junk food(垃圾食品).(24words)
Secondly,taking enough exercise or sports is also helpful for keeping healthy.We can choose
to walk,jog,run or play baketball,Pingpong or badminton,which can do much good to our health.

Keep healthy
Good habits are good for the health. Every morning we'd better get up early and do morning exercises before having breakfast. Taking a walk after supper is also important. It is not good to watch TV too long and go to bed too late. So try to have more sports in our spare time instead of staying at home. Eating too much at meal is bad for our health,too. We shouldn't eat junk food. We should eat enough fruit and vegetalbes.

Keep healthy
It's very important to keep healthy. I think we should have healthy diet every day and eat proper food. We shouldn't eat junk food because it is bad for our health. Drink water and milk as often as possible. Milk is a great drink that can give us more calcium that make our bones much stronger. Don't eat too much because it will make you uncomfortable and fat. Don't spend too much time watching TV, DVDs and Videos or using computers. It's good to take more exercise such as basketball, bike riding , swimming and so on. Follow these and you can be healthy.

How to keep healthy
With the development of people's living standard, huge amounts of people have become to focus on balancing diet and keep fit.
In my opinion, you can be a healthy person just follow the advices as below:
Firstly, we need more vegetable and fruits as well as execrising and having the enough time to sleep.
On the contrary, we should also pay attention to some backdraws, such as excessed fat and sugar. Moreover, much coffee is also harmful for us and overwork is a bad hehavior.
In conclusion, after following the six important rules, you will to be given a sound body and high-level mind totally.

如何保持健康
随着人民生活水平的发展,大量的人已经把重点放在平衡的饮食和健身。
在我看来,你可以成为一个健康的人,只要按照建议如下:
首先,我们需要更多的蔬菜和水果以及execrising和有足够的时间来睡觉。
相反,我们还应注意的一些backdraws,如超过脂肪和糖。此外,多的咖啡,也为了我们而操劳过度有害是一个坏习惯。

How to keep healthy ?  
As we know,it is very important for us to keep healthy.Now,I would like to give you some advice on how to keep healthy.  
  First,we must have a healthy diet .Most of the students like eating junk food such as hamburgers,French fries and so on.But eating this kind of food a lot isn't good for us.We should eat more fruit and vegetables and less meat.
  Second,we must have some healthy living habits.We should sleep seven to eight hours a day.We must get up early and go to bed early every day.Doing exercise for 1-2 hours every day can make us energetic and healthy.For example ,we can play ball games with our friends.We can go fishing and relax ourselves.When we are tired or stresses out, we can listen to soft music, or just take a bath in warm water.
