Health is very important for every one . If you don't have a healthy body ,you may feel very mesery, and you will get into many troubles.
Everyday we do everything all based on a well healthy. How can we get and keep a well healthy?
The food and the sports are important, we must care of our everyday food, eat more vegetables and fruits,an apple each day can keep a doctor away!We had to get enough vitamins for we need also.
And we can do exercises in every day morning or evening .That's all good for our health.
But there are something bad for our health,so we can't do this .
We can't eat any dirty food , to wash your hands before you eat food is a good habbit.
