How to keep healthy? It's easy. Control your mouth and move your legs.
By controlling your mouth, I mean try not to eat garbage food like fried chickens, fried chips etc. Take vegetables and fruits as a supplementary to your everday food.
By moving your legs, I mean try taking sports or exercises everyday for at least half an hour. That will definately keep the doctors away.

As we know, It's important to keep healthy. There are many ways to keep healthy ,like doing sports, eating a balanced diet and so on. I have a healthy lifestyle. I never eat junk food. I like vegetables and fruits. I also take exercise every day. I never stay up too late, because our bodies need enough rest.

It is necessary to keep a balanced diet if you want to keep healthy.You'd better eat enough vegatables which contain rich vitamin, proper meat is needed,too. Avoid fried or toasted food.It is important to do regular exercises, such as running or playing badminton. Keeping high mood is good for mentally health. We should renew our spirits and release our stress, so that we can have a good attitude towards life. To enjoy our beautiful life, we must be bound to keep healthy

Here is some advice for us to keep healthy. We should exercise every day. We should keep the windows of our bedrooms open. We shouldn't keep the windows closed all the time. The air in the room should keep fresh and clean. We must wash our hands , especially before meals. Drink more water every day. Don’t spit everywhere. When we are tired, we shouldn't work too late at night. We should go to bed early.

If you want to keep healthy you have to keep doing three things.
First, you have to eat more fruits and vegetables every day.
Second, you have to ensure that you have enough time to sleep every day.
Third, you have to do healthy exercises every day.
Meanwhile, you shouldn't do three things to keep healthyl.
First, you shouldn't eat too much food full of fat and candies.
Second, you shouldn't drink too much coffee.
Third, you shouldn't overwork.
If you can keep doing right things and undoing wrong things for you health, you will be healthy all the time.
