说的和做的是两件事，所以谓语动词用复数形式。

2.你写错了，understand应该是understood.
这句话it是形式主语，真正的主语是what引导的主语从句。从句中缺主语，那么主语就是由what来充当的。that在引导名词性从句的时候无成分无意义，这里不适用。
句意为：是什么控制了大气中二氧化碳进出的流量现在理解的很好了。
