THE BANK MANAGER TOLD ME THAT MY LATE FATHER LEFT AN INSTRUCTION WITH THE BANK THAT INCASE OF HIS DEATH,I HAVE TO ATTAIN THE AGE OF 27 YEARS BEFORE THE FUND WILL BE RELEASED TO ME OR PRESENT A GUARDIAN WHO SHALL RECEIVE THE MONEY ON MY BEFALF AS STIPULATED IN THE AGREEMENT WITH THE BANK. My Dear I am humbly seeking for your Assistance in the following ways: (1)TO PROVIDE A BANK ACCOUNT FROM YOUR COUNTRY WHERE THIS MONEY WOULD BE TRANSFERRED. (2)TO SERVE AS THE GUARDIAN OF THIS FUND SINCE I AM A GIRL OF 23 YEARS AND TO MAKE ARRANGEMENT FOR ME TO COME OVER TO YOUR COUNTRY TO FURTHER MY EDUCATION AFTER THE MONEY HAS BEEN TRANSFERRED.
