glad to know that you have volunteered yourself in the asian olympic games. i believe this is a good opportunity of learning for you as you will get to know about different cultures and different people of different asian countries, not only that, you will communicate with them and help them when necessary, so please be reminded that your personal grooming is very important at this kind of situation as you need to present the best of yourself.

1.politeness is most important above all especially during the time of a conversation.for a instance, it is not polite to stay too close with our guests when you are talking to them.

2.keep smiling and always take the initiative to help the people who are in need.
3.make sure you have a background knowledge about the cultures of the different countries beforehand so that you know how to behave in front the athletes of different nationalities.
4.last but not least, do not touch any of their belongs only when you get the permission to do so.
