How do you keep healthy
There are many ways to keep healthy. In the morning, I usually get up early and do some exercise. It's good for my body. After school, I often play sports with my friends. I like playing basketball and football very much. Exercise can make me strong and healthy.
At night, I do my homework carefully and read some books. I don't stay up late. I go to bed before 10 o'clock. I think it's good for my health.
I eat fruit and vegetables every day. They are very healthy. I don't eat junk food, because it's not healthy. I never smoke or drink. I keep a balanced diet and eat less junk food, so I'm very healthy.
I think a healthy lifestyle is very important for everyone. If you want to keep healthy, you should try to do more exercise and eat more healthy food
