one it this that 都是代词，但它们的用法不同。
1、one 指代上文提到过的同类事物中的一个，但不是上文提到的那一个事物,即“同类不同物”。如果指同类事物中的一些，要用ones。
如：
1). This apple is small. Please give me a big one.
这个苹果小，请给我一个大的。
2).These books are mine. Those ones are Lily's.
这些书是我的，那些书是莉莉的。
2、it 代替上文提到的东西。
如：
1). My bike is very old,but I like it very much.
我的自行车很旧，但我很喜欢它。
2).Where is my new pen? I can't find it.
我的新钢笔在哪？我找不到它了。
3、that 在进行比较时，代替不可数名词，如weather , population 等;它的复数those 代替可数名词复数；作指示代词时，一般指较远的事物。
如：
1).The population of China is larger than that of Amreica .（that代替population)
中国的人口比美国的人口多。
2). The students in Class 1 are better at English than those in Class 2. (those代替students)

一班学生比二班学生更擅长英语。
3).That is a bike.

4、this 是指示代词，一般指较近的事物,不能代替前面的东西。
如：This is a computer.
