To make an orange dye, 3parts of red dye are mixed with 2parts of yellow dye. To make a green dye, 2parts of blue dye are mixed with 1part of yellow dye. If equal amounts of green and orange are mixed, what fraction of the new mixture is yellow dye?

This is not that difficult I think.
First, we could assume that the amounts of green and yellow are both 15 parts.
Then in the orange dye, there would be 9 parts' red and 6 parts' yellow. Also, in the green dye, there would be 10 parts' blue and 5 parts' yellow.
The yellow dye account for 11 parts(6 in orange and 5 in green) in the total 30 parts.
So the answer should be 11/30.

黄=2/5+1/3=11/15
