去掉it was……that后句子是at the workshop we did research together two years ago。这个句子并不完散此亏整。少了定语从句的先行词where。应该是at the workshop where （in which）we did research together two years ago。所以这里是定语从句，where是先行词。冲神
如果改完整的话句子应该是：
It was at the workshop (where we did research together two years ago that) that i get to know the professor.这才是带定语从句的强调句。
