First，I think we should develop private cars。
私家车可能会造成交通堵塞，环境污染，这一点我并不否认。
I do not deny that private cars may cause traffic jam and pollute our living environment.
但是我们在决定一件事的时候，应该综合考虑它的利弊。就像吸烟有害健康，国家也没有禁烟。
But we have to consider comprehensively the advantages and disadvantages before determining to do someting. For instance, we all know that smoking is harmful to our health, but our government has never prohibited smoking.
发展私家车可以带动我国汽车产业，从而创造更多的就业机会。为国家创造更多的GDP。
Developing private cars can push forward our car industry and create many more job vacancies and our GDP as well.
