1. The factors of production are Capital, Enterprise, Land and Labour. Remember it as CELL.
2. Capital and Interest
Enterprise and Profit
Labour and Wages
Land and wealth( this one is not sure)
3. Capital is an invention. It does not rest on any solid material foundation. for example a government decides to print banknotes, but it is not a product that has any reference to a stable commodity. There is no gold bullion on reserve to back the production of the product. You may as well say that banknotes are made out of thin air. And so is capital.[source:http://answers.yahoo.com/question/index?qid=20080920100501AApomfJ]
4.marketing, financing, logistics, risk management, and IT and process development capabilities.(not 4,there r 5 functions)
5.a want is something you would like to have. a need is something you have to have like you need water to live
In economics, a need is classified as something that a consumer must have in order to sustain life. For most consumers, there are only a handful of needs: food, water, clothing, shelter, and air. Additional needs may be applicable to some consumers; for example, a consumer with a serious medical condition may require a life-support machine in order to sustain their life.
A want is classified as something desired by a consumer that is not required to sustain their life. Most goods and services are classified as wants, as most goods and services are not required to sustain life.[cited:http://wiki.answers.com/Q/What_is_the_difference_between_a_need_and_a_want]
6.Capital goods, are goods used in production. Consumer goods are for the final consumer, as a person. For example, a machine that makes pins is a capital good, because a pin factory will buy it. But pins is a consumer good, because a person will buy it. A combine harvester is a capital good, but the bread is a consumer good.
