美少女战士片尾曲

还是很早以前听过的，记得播放音乐画面是黑色的背景，只看得到几颗星星和水冰月的身影，还有一片湖，水冰月走了几步流星就很整齐的滑落下来映射在湖面上，那首片尾曲很唯美也没有歌词只有曲子，像是钢琴曲，请问有谁知道歌名不甚感激！！
