There are a lot of things that you can do in order to sleep well. First of all,you'd better stop thinking about the tings in the daytime before you sleep. Instead ,you can do some sports or listen to some light music. They can help you feel comfortable so that you can fall asleep quickly.Besides,if you still can't sleep well,I advise you to go to see a doctor.
Sleep is very important.So I do hope you can have a sound night's every day.
