Another famous street food is sumai, which is a kind of dumpling but is totally different from the common one. It is round and its fillings are made of rice. The wrapper of it are made of flour. Sumai can be easily found in markets and stores nearby streets. It is originated in Inner Mongolia but becomes popular in Liaoning province. The most famous of which is Ma’s Sumai. In early times people ate it as snake when drinking tea. It’s a little salty but smells sweet. So nowadays we have it for breakfast and for snake. The material used in it are all good to people’s health, which add to its popularity.
