原文意思：尽管他们进行了关于生态的谈判，但是他们却实施了很少针对污染的控制行动。（翻译得不太准）

C besides逻辑关系不通

D in addition to=and 不符合逻辑

E although逻辑通顺，但是one和the other其实指的是companies的成员公司。但是如果像E这么写，就只能指代pollution了，句子意思不通顺。
