An Unhappy Shopping Experience
Last week I bought a dress from Taobao, an online sales company similar to Ebay. It cost me nearly 1000 Yuan but the shopping experience was far from satisfactory.
The customer service told me that they would make the delivery within 48 hours after I placed the order, and the dress would most likely get to me within 3 days. I have already emphasized that I had to attend my brother's wedding ceremony in four days and the dress was urgently needed. And they promised to take care of it and assured me of the prompt delivery and punctuality of its arrival.
However, two days after the order was made, there was still no sign for the delivery and I messaged and called the customer service, but there was no answer. Then I reported them. To my surprise that they simply replied that they would refund me and sorry for the inconvenience, and after arguing for almost an hour, the service blocked me! I was too furious to think straight and had to buy a dress from the shopping mall
