二、用法不同

2.as well as用法：主要用于肯定句和疑问句。在书面语中，as well as偶可用在no，nothing或其他带有否定意义的词之前，而在否定词之后则不能用as well as，而要用either。

3.also用法：氏誉闭also多位于实义动词之前，非实义动词或第一个非实义动词之后，有时可放在整个谓语动词之前，间或用于句末。偶尔为了加强语气，also还可放在句首。also在句中位置不同常会影响句子的意思。

4.either用法：either作代词时，意为“(二者之中)任何一个”，在句中作主语或宾语，表示单数概念，作主语时谓语动词一般用单数形式，但在歼裂否定句中常用复数形式。either可单独用，也可和of连用，of后跟复数名词或复数代词，但意义明确时可省略of短语。
