hope有两种用法：
1. hope to do
2. hope + that从句（that可省略）

没有hope sb. to do这种用法，也没有hope sb.'s doing这种用法，所以A/D是错误的。加从句，从句使用正常语态，主句hope是一般现在时，所以从句也用一般时有关的时态，B-would是过去将来时不正确，而C中的will是一般将来时，是正确的

I hope that she likes = （will like）the flowers.

我希望她喜欢这些花。

We hope that he will be well again soon.

我们希望他会很快康复。

hope 作动词时为不及物动词所以不能用hope sb/sth to 。。但能接to do ，可以排除A和D

wish可以有wish sb/sth to do。。。这是两者的区别。

两者都可以引导that从句，同时它们是虚拟语气所以要用would。
