使用eclipse运行jsp时，Tomcat出现这样的错误怎么办呀？

'Starting Tomcat v9. Server at localhost'has encountered a problem. The server cannot be started because one or more of the ports are invalid. Open the server editor and correct the invalid ports.

端口被占用了，关一下tomcat，shutdown.bat执行下，不行的话再看下端口被哪个应用占用了

已经启动了一个TOMCAT ，端口被占用，关闭Eclipse 再打开
