”它仍然……三倍的载重。注意“three times ”三倍，意思统一起来就是：即使这座桥满载汽车，它仍然能够再承担三倍的载重。
应该是形容这座桥的能力，所以应该用表达能力的词语be able to

D是动词原型，乍一看也对，但是意思不通顺，“即使满载，仍然载三倍”难道把汽车摞起来吗？
