much+more后面接可数名词为什么不行？

形容词和副词的比较级常用一程度状语对其进行修饰，说明双方相差的程度。常见的充当比较级程度状语的词有：much，many，far，by far，still，even，a lot，a little，a great deal，three years，five times，one-third，20%等。例如：
Air in the country is much (far...) cleaner than that in the city. 乡下的空气比城里干净得多。
He is three years older than his sister. 他比他的妹妹大二岁。
This month, they will produce 20% more coal than last month. 本月他们将生产比上个月多20%的煤。
【注】当more后面接复数名词时，不可用much来修饰，这时须用many或far等程度副词来修饰。例如：
many more opportunities（或 far more opportunities）
much more money （或 far more money）
