come by 经过; 从旁边走过;美来串门;得到

over一般有个从上方越过的感觉

by一般有个从旁边过去的感觉

具体用哪个还要根据语境,凭语感是最好的.

不能，这里come over是指过来，来到我这边，是有目的的。

如果用come by，只能指无意识的经过，而后面又有to的目的状语，就不符合意思了。应该是She came by and I asked her to help me.
