Oracle客户端SQL Developer远程连接服务器数据库没问题，用PLSQL Developer远程连接报ORA-12170，昨天用PLSQL还是可以连接上的，同一台PC，连接同一个服务器的数据库，为什么一种方式可以，另一种报错了。求解！

既然已经连接上过，那应该不是客户端的问题。你最好把sql developer连接的界面，以及plsql developer连接的界面发出来，应该是什么地方错了。

有安装，client和db都有

是你什么地方写错了，一定的。

或者你可以这样试一下，使用直连的方式。

格式就是ip:端口号/sid
