  1. Notice the Guest-room department to check in the guest rooms. 

  2. If nothing is found, ask the them to hand out the keys and certifications to verify with the registration card of the safe. 

  3. If there is nothing wrong with the verification process, ask the guest to pay the cost of the lock as the regulation states. 

  4. Ask the locksmith to open the safe with the presence of the guest. 

  5. After the safe is opened, ask the guest to verify his or her items. If the guest wishes to continue using the safe, change a safe for the guest.

  1. Ask the security guards to get the guest in control. Ask the Finance department to find arrears bill this guest has, and ask the guest to pay it. 

  2. If the guest requires to stay again, ask the guest for consuming deposit. 

  3. When deposit is larger than payment for the room, should remind the guest to pay, in order to prevent the guest from escaping the bill again.
