Warmly welcome to Mayflower Apartment!
I'm Tom Brown, the landlord here. There are 30 tenants live here, most of them are teachers and students from the university besides.
Let me introduce the facilities in our apartment. There is a kitchen here,and it's public, all of you can make dinner here. The toilet is in your room , and you may take a shower just in your room, and the water is hot for 24 hours.
Every Friday evening we hold small parties on the second floor of the department.You may come to join us, there will be free beers and new friends for both of you.
