situation不可直接用easy 来形容

用it虚指，纯是句式需要。it无义。

不可easy 开首：easy to change the situation

唯有虚指：it is easy to change the situation

其次：
don't be afraid of makes friends应改成
don't be afraid of making friends

皆因of 后用gerund（带ing之动词）
of是preposition（如in, on, at）
preposition 后，动词用gerund
