摘要
搅拌反应釜是由搅拌器体和釜体两部分，主要有封头和筒体组成，多为中、低压压力容积；搅拌装置有搅拌桨和搅拌轴组成，其形式通常由工艺而定；传动装置是为带动搅拌装置而设置的，主要有电动机、减速器、联轴器和传动轴等组成；轴封装置为动密封 ，一般采用机械密封和填料密封；他们与支座、入孔、工艺接管等附件，构成完整的夹套反应釜。
本设计叙述了搅拌反应釜设计的程序及注意事项，简述了从提出问题到参数确定的全过程。本设计主要包括反应釜的总体结构设计、筒体直径设计、筒体厚度设计、筒体高度设计、传动系统设计、选择轴封类型及有关零部件的选型；还包括材料的选择，夹套的选择，夹套厚度的计算。及主要零部件的绘图和总装图等几大部分。

Stirred tank reactor is by the two parts of the mixer body and a kettle body, mainly in the head and cylinder body composed of, for the medium and low pressure volume; stirring device is provided with a stirring paddle and composed of the axis, usually in the form of the process; transmission device is for driving the stirring device and setting, the main motor, reducer, coupling and drive shaft.; seal device for dynamic seal, commonly used mechanical seals and packing seal; they and support, into the hole, process piping accessories constitute complete jacketed reactor.

This design describes the design procedures and matters needing attention in the design of the stirred tank reactor. This design mainly includes the overall structure design of the reactor, the diameter of the cylinder design, cylinder thickness design, design height of the barrel body, transmission system design, choose seal type and related parts of the selection; also includes material selection, the jacket of the selection, calculation of the thickness of clip. And the main parts of the drawing and assembly drawings and other parts.
