All above acceptance minutes will not release the Seller's responsibility under articles of this contract unless faults or defects not due to design and technical documents, materials and contract equipments and/or the Seller's instruction/supervision cause as well as for any errors or defects that can not be detected by inspection with the naked eye as the hidden disability in the Installation.

以上达成的意见记录将不会影响卖方在合同描述中应承担的责任，除非产生与设计、技术文档所含内容、材料、合同设备、以及卖方的介绍、监督均无关而引起的包括安装过程中肉眼无法识别的任何错误和产品失效。

意思就是说卖方对合同内容中要承担的责任还是要承担的，但是产生非合同提到的以外的错误就另当别论。
