It is admitted that many college students are poor in listening and speaking,which,are particularly important for one's language skill.Thus,in order to develop my listening comprehension and speaking ability at college,I am determined to do the following.
On one hand,in terms of listening conprehention,as saying goes that "Practice makes perfect."It's vital to have much practice everyday,such as doing some listening exersises,watching English movies and so on.Bssises,I'll pay attention to listening skills.Well mastering of listening skills will do much good to my listening ability.
On the other hand,as for speaking,just like how we master our our mother tougue,speaking is the most important factor in fluent English.I think we should not be afraid to speaking out loudly in public.The more we communicate with others,the more fluent Oral we can speak.At the same time,knowing the basic interpersonal communication skills is a principal element in improving speaking skills as well.
All in all,adequate practice and good command of skills are my main task,which,have utmost importace,too.

My plan to develop my comprehension and speaking abilityat college
One's listening comprehension and speaking ability grow by practice .Since a large number of ordinary Chinese people have demonstrated they can conquer the difficulty by practice and eventrually manage to attain the listening comprehension and speaking ability ,I firmly believe that it will be the same with me as long as I keep practicing step by step.
At present,I have come up with several methods to get some improvements.First of all,I am supposed to listen to English broadcast for at least 30 minutes every day,by which I can not only keep up with the time and informed,but get native pronounciation.Furthermore,since I have to pass several exams ,I must do listening exercises and make each word I hear clear,which is definitely fruitful for me to improve both my listening level and skill.Above all,speaking ability depends on how often you open your mouth to make conversations with your partner.For me ,personally,I reckon that the Hollywood movies inspire me a lot ,and I am always keen on speaking out just after I see a movie.
Just as the god does the diligent one a favor,One's listening comprehension and speaking ability grow by practice.

With the expansion of our country’s reformation and open-up to the whole world ,the magnitude of developing a good grasp of English is becoming increasingly manifest!Besides ,the listening comprehension and speaking ability are steadily important than ever before ,in a competing society ,where English is growing into an crucial communicative tool .
Thus ,I have come up with a concrete and feasible plan to enhance the aforementioned abilities.
First and foremost,I will spare my time to read the dialogs on the text books at least half an hour in the morning,so as to increase the proficiency of the fundamental element of English-----vocabulary。Then，I will make the most of all opportunities to practise my oral English ,for my part ,which is considerably cardinal with regard to interpersonal skills.Besides,in my extracurricular time，I will see the foreign films as massive as I can.As far as I am concerned ,this will not only erase my pressure and put my at ease,but also enhance my pronounciation into a more considerable level than before.
Altogether, I deem that success does not reside in the so-called aptitude ,but diligence.Therefore,as long as I keep persistent with my plan ,I shall accomplish my fixed goals !
