2. 有两层意思：人出名后，要正确对待各种赞扬，议论或批评的声音。
另外，人会为名所累，要与精神方面的困扰作斗争。后面的失眠，梦游，杀信使，杀鼓手，
身上沾血等等， 都是精神方面困扰的表现。
3. 这句是由惯用语You cannot eat your cake and have it 演变而来。
字面意思是，你不能吃下蛋糕又占有蛋糕 -- 二者不可兼得。现实生活中，
一旦人出了名，你的一切，包括私生活，全部暴露在公众面前。名声是一把双刃剑。
