How to lead a healthy life?
Many scientists believe that breakfast is the most important meal during the day. However, people living in modern cities often omit it because they are too busy to have one. As a matter of fact, it is necessary for them to have breakfast. If they have not enough time to prepare it in the morning, they can do it the night before. If the time on the night is even unavailable, they can consider eating something while working, for it is more or less better than nothing in their body.
Of course, breakfast is not the only condition to lead a healthy life. Exercises are also important. To the people in modern cities, for the same reason that they have not enough time, they say they have to finish their work. Actually, some simple exercises are accessible. Simple exercises cost them no more than 1mere minute and definitely they will profit from insisting on doing so.
I always think that health consists of nutrition and exercises. A piece of advertisement says that if you want to have a good future, you must have good health. Even if you come to success with poor health, it will necessarily keep you from a further success and that is to say, it is a temporary one. Even though you have been accustomed to staying up for nights and feel nothing, it may cause serious disease when getting older and older and it is hard to say on that occasion, hehe.
