I did not take TOEFL, I had send an IELTS result but it was replied that the mark doesn't meet the requirement. I am currently preparing myself for XXX test, it is scheduled on 21 October. I would like to know that for XX test, do I have to take both writing and speaking or only speakiing? And I would also like to know when is the dateline for winter application?

Last but not least, can I know that who should be sending you the agreement, I myself or my professor? Is it true that College XX requires only writing?
