Objective: preparation and purification of anti-NMDAR1(N-methyl, D-NMDA receptor) monoclonal antibody. Methods: NMDAR1 hybridoma cell was injected into mice and then was purified using affinity chromatography with Protein A-Sepharose CL-4B. The specificity of anti-NMDAR1 monoclonal antibody was confermed by western blotting. Result: anti-NMDAR1 monoclonal antibody was obviously identified in the brain tissue from injected-mice by western blotting. Conclusion: anti-NMDAR1 monoclonal antibody was purified in current study and it would be used in further research.
