也部分参加了复印组的工作。在PIMS组基本做到了随调随发，及时准确的拿到并发出病历，并坚持做到每天review病历，到现在为止已经能够孤立的较好完成好这个组的所有工作。在SCAN组的工作也很努力完全刷新的以前的工作记录，当然现在换的新的扫描仪就不用说了。近一个月工作重点转移到AUDIT组，刚开始接手的时候很困难，时常有错误发生，工作不到位，现在经过努力情况已经有明显好转，基本做到每周清空所有不回来的病历，特殊情况例外，例如住院和连续预约。除了在自己组努力工作外。我还积极学习其他组的东西和英语。现在偶尔能够独立接待外国人的COPY但还是不太流利。CODING组的事我也学了一点一些不是特别看不清楚地字能够正确的编码。在工作中我善于思考经常会有一些对工作有利的点子，虽然大部分不被采纳。。。在这将近一年的时间中虽然我工作很努力但也暴露了很多缺点。英语不好，思想太活跃。还没有完全从学生转变成职员的一些小毛病。但我都在努力改正。希望在下一年我能把那些小毛病都改掉，英语能学好。 展开
