急求各位英语高手帮我解答下这两句英语

我现在正在学新概念英语第二册61课，有两句不怎么明白所以在这里请教下各位。 Right from the start 这句话是说：“一开始。一般right都表示右边，正确哪些意思这里是一的意思吗？The pictures it sent us were very disappointing这句话应该是定语从句吧！前面已经有了动词send为什么后面还有be动词were就算是装饰其它的，我觉得也没有必要啊！

1.right from the start从一开始，right这里是就，正是的意思。类似的用法还有right here right now，就在这里就是现在

2.The pictures it sent us were very disappointing，it sent us是做为定语来修饰pictures的，它送给我们的图片。这句话的主干就是 pictures were disappointing

The pictures it sent us were very disappearing 是定语从句，先行词是The pictures,it sent us是从句部分，were very disappointing是主句部分，翻译为“它传送给我们的照片令人非常失望”
