第一句，两者均可比如 where the liberary is 或者to go for his further study. 威廉已经知道了图书馆在哪或者威廉已经明白了该如何继续他的深造。

第二句，应该是做虚拟代词，如 where our efforts should be taken
第三句 她们都读到了。。。也是两种用法皆可，比如 where we can get the prrety clothes(假如读的是服装广告的话)
第四句：sarah 已经去了 也是两者皆可，比如 where she is always dreaming of 她去了她一直梦想的地方
