How to keep healthy
Nowadays,people nationwide and worldwide have placed much importance on their health than ever before.And what kinds of factors are the keys to good health?As for me,there are several cardinal elements for keeping healthy.
First and foremost,you should eat so-called green foods as many as you can,such as vegetables ,rice,fruits.Moreover,you should always do some exercise rugularly,because the it can enhance your immunity,so as to protect yourself from illnesses.Most importantly,you should widen your friend-cycle,for the reason that friends can always erase your worry, put you at ease,and make you happy .
Altogether,as long as you follow my advice,I’m firmly convinced that you will be free from hospitals forever!

Nowadays, with the development of economy,people have gained more and more pressure in working and studies.As a result,having a right way to keep healthy is much more important.
As for me,the first thing to do to keep healthy is to keep regular hours including getting up early,going to bed early and so on.Staying up late into the night can do great harm,getting fat and endocrine dyscrasia for example.
Secondly,have a balanced diet is also of great importance.As the old saying goes:"An apple a day,keeps the doctor away."Balanced food can help you feel energetic and comfortable while keep healthy.
Last but not least,taking exercises regularly everyday can help a lot.What's more it can ensure you a strong body in preparation for the heavy work and study.
Of course,making many good friends,enjoying your life with them and making yourself an outgoing person will do great benefit to your health.How could you keep health without happy everyday?

How to keep healthy

What is the most important thing in the world? I think it is health.
You can take away our money, house and we can survive. But if our health was taken away, we would surely die.
First,we should eat healthily, I usually avoid eating food high in fat and eat little meat. I eat a lot of vegetables and fresh fruit which are full of vitamins.
Then, Taking exercise every day helps us build a strong body. Regular exercise is an important part of keeping me healthy.
Finally, I think friends are an important part to one's health. I feel better when I am with friends . I like to laugh with my friends.
Therefore, by eating properly and exercising regularly, I can keep healthy. By spending time with my friends, I can keep my mind as well as my body happy.

First,nutrition is key. Eat a balanced diet. By doing so, you'll have a healthy heart, healthy brain, and a fully functional immune system. Also, it's good to have variety.Most people can get all the nutrition you need from food.
Second,exercise. You can't live without it. Make sure you spend around 30 minutes to an hour doing nothing but some running, weight lifting, push ups, and maybe some sort of aerobic exercise is good.
Third,walk with your friend to the park close to where you live.You may be happy with a riend and keep healthy in the mean time.

How to keep healty
It's important for us to keep our healthy . we always try to eat in a healthy way and exercise regularly.
In order to eat healthily, I usually avoid eating food high in fat, like French fries or cookies. I also eat little meat. I eat a lot of vegetables and fresh fruit which are full of vitamins.
Taking exercise every day helps us build a strong body. Regular exercise is an important part of keeping me healthy.
What's more, I think friends are an important part of one's health. Many studies show that people with a wide range of social contacts get sick less than those who don't. I always feel better when I am with friends than when I am alone. When I am with my friends, I always laugh. Laughing is also an important part of health. I like to laugh with my friends.
