As we know, thanks to its vast territory of China, it is such a vast territory that she has many different types of climatic conditions, only gave birth to the rich and colorful Chinese culture. However, the benefits will also have a negative role, the Dunhuang Mogao Grottoes is one such example. For thousands of years, our forefathers exhausted their life time in this great and deep caves, the knowledge and wisdom with brush condensate cast in each side of the wall, hoping that knowledge and wisdom to be immortalized. At that time, who had thought that one day these huge and magnificent works will be damage to the forces of nature. Mogao Grottoes is located in China's north-west, to connect the Eurasian continent in the Silk Road Trail, is a long road that the largest treasure. Despite a hundred years ago it had been stolen, but it damaged the biggest reason is that continental climate brought about by the disaster. Mongolia by the North to the high-pressure effects of climate Dunhuang region perennial drought, sandstorms frequent, annual precipitation is only more than 40 millimeters, while the annual evaporation is as high as more than 4.3 thousand millimeters, up to several thousand years of time, our Mogao Grottoes has been frequently attacked by the dust storms, coupled with long-term droughts, earthquakes and rain erosion of the outer wall of a cave once eroded, constantly thinning. To make matters worse, cave murals have begun to change color, from A, crisp and even off base.
From the 20th century, the beginning of the 40's, the Chinese people began to have a conscious act together to protect our great historical treasures. First, people have been built in the cliff face sand wall, but have little effect; later tried to dig anti-Shagou, soon to be filled sand. In recent years, we finally found the sand and sand control can be a good way. First of all, we in the sand and grass, the grass all the sand box can firmly fixed in place, after two kilometers to create a shelter belts, so that the effective regulation of regional climate. Scientists said that in this way can prevent nearly 80% of the sand into the Mogao internal.
In the protection of our precious world cultural heritage, we really made some encouraging progress, but it should not only be a temporary rescue works. These factors brought about by natural hazards, will no doubt continue, threats still exist for the Mogao Grottoes, for which efforts also need to last forever, generation after generation.
Dear friends, let us join hands together to protect our splendid ancient civilization. We may also slightly younger, but as long as we have a firm belief, jewels will shine forever. Our spirit will spread from one person to another person ... ...

Nevertheless while the traditional culture is rapidly fading away in many areas, on the other hand a number of traditional cultures are being revived as well.
This revival can be divided into two phases. The first is from the 1980s to the mid 1990s, after the implementation of the opening-up policy, the Chinese government loosened civilian beliefs and the folk traditional cultural activities were revived and developed in villages. In fact, most of the civilian cultural customs are related to people’s production and life, which are fit for the development of culture and economy.
And the second phase was the revival in the rich areas after entering the 21st century. The peasant-workers renovated their ancestral temples and reedited their family genealogical records with the money that they’d earned in the cities, which offered a substantial base for the revival of civilian culture. At the same time, the traditional cultural life is also helpful in relieving the fast tempo of modern life.
The revival and development of folk culture has also been boosted by the forces from the government and the civilian people.
Besides the government, the cultural industry and tourism are also very important. Firstly, since the demand of traditional handicrafts increased as they entered the market, as a result the traditional household production often finds it hard to meet demand; thus, hiring more labor to expand production becomes necessary, which partly affects the ways of passing down ancient techniques.
Affected by the exoticism of culture, the culture of minority nationalities begins to turn into an art appreciated by tourists. To cater for tourists’ need the local people turn their folk customs into grand performances, often breaking traditional cultural rules.
Without right guidance, some rural regions may overdevelop their traditional culture; as a result, some cultural heritages is greatly damaged
How to protect intangible cultural heritage
The masses should have a consciousness about the protection of intangible cultural heritage and make it become a part of their life.
Balancing cultural heritage protection and economic development
The government should make good use of civilian force to advocate multiple ways of protection.
Overall investigations are needed in the protection of intangible cultural heritage, especially in the regions where the local cultures are on the edge of extinction.
The construction rural areas should be in harmony with the protection of intangible cultural heritage. And the government should pay more attention to the legislation of the protection of cultural resources.
Though obviously constraints brought about by development and the push towards better life outcomes for people in the western regions will continue, perhaps at an even faster rate, with attention now increasingly being paid towards their cultural heritage both by the government, tourism agencies and individuals themselves, China’s rich past strives to be preserved for the benefit of future generations.

Idea Neighbors
Everyone has his neighbors, and neighbors can be of different kinds. One is bad. They get on badly with you. They won't offer you help when you are in trouble. The other is good. They are kind and friedly. You can get on well and help each other. We call these idea neighbors.
Idea neighbors are those who can give you a hand when you are in need ,and who can get along with you anytime anywhere. They are a kind of treasure in your life.Hower,it's a pity that they can't be owned easily.Whether you can have an idea neighbor,in a way, depends on your luck. If you are lucky enough, you can have one for your lifetime, otherwise, maybe you won't meet one in you whole life.
