Solution:
x³ - 7x² + 14x - 8 = (x - 4)(x - 2)(x - 1)
let (x - 4)(x - 2)(x - 1) = 12
so x³ - 7x² + 14x - 20 = 0
x = 5,
So, the dimesssions are
x - 4 = 1 (cm),
x - 2 = 3 (cm) and
x - 1 = 4 (cm)
