The band'name,S.H.E comes from the first lettles of their English names.Soft and shy,Selina is full of together,girlish charm,Hebe is confident and always comes up with new ideas,Ella is the courage and intelligent and is regarded as the leader.Even when she was off because of a back injury she remembered to call her mates and push them to move on.
Their debut album was "Girl's Dormitory",in 2001.Then they released two hit albums "together"and"Superstar",with record high sales of more than 580000 copies in Taiwan alone.When asked about the sectet to their success,the boyish Ella says,"The not-so-pretty faces and not-so-expensive dress style keeps us close to our fans.We are happy to be the girls next door,your singing sisters.
