我觉着自己的英文水平不够好,担心在沟通上会有阻碍.心里有很多想法但是觉得无从表达。看来除了要学管理知识，还要找个老师加强英语。

在工作方面，我希望所有部门的主管必须要有积极的心态,面对工作上的问题要用高效的方式去处理,不能拖时间.以往在XX公司的工作模式,做的好的我们要借鉴，做得不好的一定要改善。制度和职责亦同样重要。凭直觉我相信我会很喜欢你的管理模式。

There are a lot of thoughts in my mind which I can't express them clearly.

The work mode which you used to do at past.We should learn something good and improve something unperfect from that.The systems is equally important as duties.I think I would like your management mode intuitively.

I worry about there will be a barrier in communication because of my poor english.Although I have many thoughts in my heart, I don't know how to express my opinions.So I not only need to learn management knowledge, but also need to improve English under the help of English teacher.
As for work, I hope every department manager have to deal with problems on time using active attitude,efficient ways. The strengths and weakness in the past work pattern used in xx company should be strengthened and improved.The rules and duties are equally important. According to my intuition,I believe I will very like your management mode.

I felt my standard of English is not good enough, worried that there will be obstacles in the communication. My heart with lots of ideas but not knowing expression. In addition to management knowledge seems to learn, but also to improve their English to find a teacher.
