Edward divides 60 stickers into two groups.If 7times the number of stickers in the smaller group is equal to 3 times that in the larger group,find the number of stickers in the smaller group. （详细点）

we can set the number of stickers in the smaller group as "x",set the number of stickers in the bigger group as "y", then we could get two fomules as follow:
7x-3y=o
x+y=60
then，x=18，y=42.
