there are many things you should be aware of.
Firstly, tourists to Tibet must be healthy because this
area has less oxygen. Secondly, there is a big difference
in temperatures between days and nights，so you
should have enough clothes to keep yourself from
catching a cold. Finally, the sunshine in Tibet is strong
and can easily hurt your skin and eyes, so you’d better
bring suntan cream, a pair of sunglass and a hat. Of
course, you should make sure you get enough rest when
you first arrive in Tibet.
